Digital systems for fence companies

Homeowners quote their own fence. You get the lead.

Next Estimate is the front end of your fence company: the filter and the marketer. Homeowners pull up their own yard on satellite, trace the fence, and pick a style. Contact info goes in before any number comes out. The ballpark comes off your own rates, so every lead that reaches you already knows what a real fence costs.

What the homeowner walks through

Before you've ever said hello.

By the time your phone buzzes, the homeowner has already toured your company. Run your ads to it. Send your website traffic to it. Send the tire kickers to it. It sorts them all.

01

Their own yard

They type the address, the yard comes up on satellite, and they trace where the fence goes. Every leg is measured as they click, and they can draw as many runs as the job needs.

02

Your catalog

They pick the style and the gates from your lineup, with your photos and your names on everything. It reads like your company, because it is.

03

The survey option

New build with no aerial yet, or trees over the back line? They flip to property lines, or upload the survey PDF, set the scale, and trace that instead.

04

Contact before the number

Name, phone, and email go in before any price comes out. Every lead is a real person with a real project, not an anonymous browser.

05

The reveal

A Good, a Better, and a Best built from your real rates, with your five-star reviews and your warranties sitting right next to the price.

06

Their own estimate page

A clean branded page at its own link, easy to share with a spouse. Text notifications go out the moment it lands, to them and to you.

Your market, your call

Show the price, or make them call for it.

The same estimator runs both ways, and you flip it whenever you want.

Instant estimate

Competitively priced? Advertise it. "Get your fence estimate in 60 seconds" is a hook nobody else on their feed can make, and sticker shock happens on the website instead of in a driveway across town.

Hold the number

Estimates by call

Premium shop? Same funnel, same drawing, no price shown. The homeowner books the call, your rep works the quote off their drawing, and the number arrives with a voice attached.

Not sure which fits your market? Book a call and we'll figure it out together.

The marketer

Bad leads never teach your pixel.

Every submit gets judged before your ad account hears about it. Repairs, addresses outside your service area, and jobs under your minimum stay quiet. Sellable replacement jobs fire the Lead event back to Meta, so your ads stop learning cheap clicks and start hunting the diamonds in the rough.

How it works

Three steps.

01

We set it up for you

You send us your fence styles, photos, and rates, and we set everything up together. You get back a live link with your branding on it.

02

Homeowners quote themselves

From your ads, your Google profile, or the button on your website. They trace the yard, pick a style, and leave contact info before the number comes out.

03

You work warm leads

Each lead hits your CRM and inbox with the drawing, the footage, and the ballpark they saw. When you call, they already know what the fence costs.

Day 1 on the estimator: fence priced, lead qualified, estimate scheduled. A text thread shows the lead arriving and the fence pro replying: Yep, I've already got it scheduled.

"I'm not a marketer who stumbled into fence. I personally sold over $5M in fence before starting this. I built Next Estimate because I know what actually closes jobs."

FAQ

Questions fence pros ask.

What does it cost?
The instant estimator is $149 a month, flat. The custom build is a one-time build fee plus maintenance, scoped to what your company needs. Both start with the same 15 minute call, and there is nothing to buy on this site.
How long does setup take?
Almost none of it is on you. You fill out one intake form with your fence styles, photos, and rates, we build the estimator around them, and you get back a live link. Days, not weeks, and there is no software project on your side.
Where do the prices come from?
Your rates. Per-foot pricing by style and height, gates, tear-out, minimums. A homeowner never sees a number you didn't set, and you can change the numbers whenever your costs move.
Does it show the homeowner an exact price?
It shows a real ballpark built from your rates, usually as a Good, Better, Best comparison. If you'd rather hold the number, flip on estimates by call: same funnel, no price shown, and your rep sends the quote after the conversation. Either way the final number is still yours to close on.
What about new builds or yards the satellite can't see?
The homeowner flips to the property-lines view when trees cover the yard, or uploads their survey PDF, sets the scale, and traces that instead. Brand-new construction with no aerial yet is exactly what that flow is for.
What if I already have a CRM?
Leads post into your CRM the moment a homeowner finishes, and land in your inbox too. Text notifications can go out both directions, to you and to the homeowner. If you run something the standard plan can't plug into, that is exactly what the custom build handles.
Do I need a website?
No. The estimator lives at its own link, so you can run ads straight to it before your website ever changes. Putting it on your site is a button, not a rebuild. If you want the whole thing on your own domain, that is the custom build.
